Why a shelf?

Your site has enough
moving parts.

A little about WP Shelf

A tool for the task.

Install the plugin you need. Each has a specific job and its own settings, with one familiar place to find them in WordPress.

The work stays with you.

Saved translations and metadata live in your own WordPress database. Stopping a plan doesn’t take away the content you already created.

Know what you’re getting.

Clear limits, readable docs and honest release notes. If something is still being built or tested, we say so.

Before you install

A few useful answers.

Which plugins can I use today?

Gloty is available now, with a one-time 50,000-character trial. Metaly, Crawlune and Labely are pre-release and do not have public downloads yet. Their product pages show what is built and what still needs work. Metaly and Crawlune also have free browser tools you can use today.

Do I need to install the whole shelf?

No. Each WP Shelf plugin is installed separately and does its own job. Use Gloty for translation, for example, without installing any of the other plugins. When you use several, they share a WP Shelf menu in WordPress.

What is free, and what is paid?

Gloty includes a one-time 50,000-character trial. Subscriptions add monthly translation volume and more sites; a migration pack provides a one-time allowance. Metaly and Crawlune pricing is not yet published. Labely is being built as a free plugin with no account, licence or subscription.

Where does my content live?

Your original content and saved translations live in your own WordPress database. Gloty sends content to a hosted AI service to produce new translations, then stores the results locally. Existing translations keep serving if you stop paying; generating new ones is subject to your plan’s quota.

Will Gloty work with my theme or WooCommerce?

Gloty works with standard WordPress themes and supports WooCommerce, including the block-based cart and checkout. It requires WordPress 6.4 or later and PHP 8.1 or later. Its product page and documentation cover setup and compatibility.
